Remote IT Support

SeaCloud Networks provides remote information technology support for individuals, professionals, and small organizations at a standard rate of $99 per hour. Remote support is intended for issues that can be diagnosed or resolved securely through phone, messaging, screen sharing, remote access, or guided troubleshooting. Typical work may include Windows and macOS troubleshooting, software configuration, account and access problems, network diagnostics, printer and peripheral issues, cloud service configuration, workstation setup, general security review, application support, and other Level 1 through intermediate technical issues.

Remote engagements are billed according to the time required to diagnose, configure, repair, or document the requested work. More complex projects that involve multiple systems, extended implementation, migrations, infrastructure changes, custom software, or recurring administration may be quoted separately as a defined project or ongoing business engagement.

On-Site IT Support

SeaCloud Networks provides in-person technical support throughout San Luis Obispo County at $159 per hour. On-site service is appropriate when an issue requires physical access to equipment, network infrastructure, office systems, workstations, printers, wireless equipment, cabling, peripherals, or other technology that cannot reasonably be serviced remotely.

On-site work can include workstation installation and replacement, network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, equipment setup, office technology configuration, device migrations, physical diagnostics, small-office infrastructure support, security review, and coordination with third-party vendors. Travel outside the normal San Luis Obispo County service area, unusually large installations, after-hours work, or projects requiring specialized equipment may be quoted separately before work begins.

Website Design and Development

SeaCloud Networks provides complete website design and development services for businesses that require a professionally implemented online presence. A typical small-business website project is approximately $5,000, depending on scope, content requirements, integrations, commerce functionality, and the amount of custom development involved. Projects can begin with an initial concept or an existing business and proceed through design, domain configuration, site structure, page creation, product and service setup, testing, deployment, and launch.

A standard project can include the complete implementation of product and service pages, contact and inquiry systems, payment or order-processing integrations, e-commerce functionality, scheduling or service plugins, customer-facing forms, basic analytics, mobile optimization, domain and DNS configuration, and other commercially necessary components. Where a business intends to accept orders or payments through its website, SeaCloud can configure the applicable commerce platform and payment-processing workflow as part of the overall project.

Website work can also include the modernization of an existing site, migration from one platform to another, integration of external services, creation of private internal pages, API-connected functionality, custom forms, automated workflows, customer portals, or specialized websites intended to support a specific operational requirement. Projects exceeding the scope of a typical $5,000 implementation are quoted according to the development and integration work required.

Nathan AI Support Service

Nathan AI is a SeaCloud Networks service designed to provide straightforward technical assistance and scam-related guidance through ordinary text messaging. The service is intended to make basic technology support available without requiring users to install a dedicated application, learn a new interface, or begin with a traditional support ticket. Customers can send questions, screenshots, and photographs directly through their phone and receive step-by-step assistance through the same messaging conversation.

Nathan includes a basic allowance of 20 customer-sent messages per calendar month at no charge. Messages sent by Nathan in response do not count against the customer’s allowance. Additional usage is provided through prepaid credits at $5 for 100 message credits, with one customer-sent message using one credit. Purchased credits do not expire. Account-related questions, such as checking available credits or requesting information about the Nathan service itself, can be handled separately from ordinary support usage.

Nathan is intended primarily for Level 1 and intermediate technical assistance, scam checks, device questions, account guidance, troubleshooting, and general technology support. Situations requiring physical repair, extensive configuration, enterprise administration, legal or financial determination, or work beyond the scope of the messaging service may be referred to SeaCloud’s remote or on-site support services as appropriate.

Small Business IT Services

SeaCloud Networks provides technical services for small businesses that need professional IT support without maintaining a large internal technology department. Engagements may involve a single project, periodic assistance, or continuing support for an organization’s workstations, networks, cloud services, applications, websites, and related infrastructure.

Small-business work may include workstation deployment, user account configuration, Microsoft and cloud-service administration, file-sharing environments, wireless networking, backup planning, equipment replacement, remote-access systems, software deployment, basic cybersecurity configuration, vendor coordination, website administration, and troubleshooting of interconnected business systems. SeaCloud can also assist businesses with documenting existing environments and organizing technical systems that have grown without a formal IT structure.

For companies with specialized requirements, work can be structured as a defined project rather than hourly support. This may include office migrations, new-site technology deployment, cloud transitions, network redesign, application implementation, custom automation, integration between business platforms, website and commerce systems, or other technology initiatives requiring planning and implementation across multiple systems.

Enterprise IT Services

SeaCloud Networks also accepts selected enterprise engagements involving desktop support, infrastructure, deployment, systems administration, technical operations, implementation, and project-based IT work. Enterprise services are generally scoped individually because requirements can vary substantially based on the number of users, systems involved, security requirements, service levels, locations, documentation standards, and existing corporate technology policies.

Enterprise work may include endpoint support, workstation lifecycle projects, software deployment, identity and access work, cloud migrations, network implementation, infrastructure support, documentation, technical project coordination, vendor management, operational support, and integration with existing internal IT teams. SeaCloud can function as a supplemental technical resource for a defined assignment or provide broader support for projects where an organization requires outside technical capacity.

Rates for enterprise work are established according to project scope, duration, required availability, technical complexity, travel requirements, and contractual structure. Longer-term contracts, business-to-business engagements, and projects requiring dedicated availability are quoted independently from standard consumer and small-business hourly service.

Custom Technology Projects

SeaCloud Networks develops and supports custom technology projects when an organization’s requirements do not fit within a standard service category. These engagements may involve software, automation, AI systems, web applications, APIs, monitoring systems, internal tools, data workflows, communications platforms, dashboards, infrastructure, or combinations of multiple technologies.

Custom projects typically begin with a review of the operational requirement, existing systems, technical constraints, security considerations, expected users, and desired outcome. SeaCloud then defines the technical approach and, where appropriate, provides a project estimate based on development time, infrastructure, integrations, third-party services, testing, deployment, and continuing maintenance requirements.

This work can range from relatively small internal utilities to complete customer-facing systems. Projects can also incorporate AI-assisted workflows, automated support systems, monitoring and alerting, data aggregation, messaging services, custom business logic, private administrative interfaces, and integrations with established commercial platforms.

Technology Consulting and Systems Planning

SeaCloud Networks provides technology consulting for businesses that need assistance evaluating an existing environment or planning a new implementation. Consulting may address infrastructure, equipment replacement, cloud services, network design, software selection, web systems, business continuity, vendor selection, security practices, automation, AI adoption, or the technical implications of a proposed business project.

Consulting can be performed as a standalone engagement or as the planning phase of a larger implementation. The objective is to document the current environment, identify technical requirements, evaluate practical alternatives, and establish an implementation approach appropriate to the organization’s scale and operating requirements.

Ongoing Business Support

For organizations that require recurring assistance, SeaCloud Networks can establish an ongoing support arrangement covering defined systems, users, locations, or business applications. The structure can be based on hourly service, a project agreement, or a separately negotiated business support arrangement depending on the amount and type of work expected.

Recurring engagements may include routine troubleshooting, employee onboarding and offboarding support, workstation administration, software configuration, cloud-service management, website maintenance, vendor coordination, technology documentation, and assistance with incremental improvements to an organization’s technical environment. Larger managed-service or enterprise arrangements are individually scoped so that responsibilities, response expectations, access requirements, and pricing are clearly established before service begins.
