Nathan AI began the way a surprising number of technology ideas probably should: over breakfast at a Del Taco booth. SeaCloud Networks founder Nathan Seawater and longtime friend Michael “Mikey” Nguyen, a Cal State Fullerton graduate with a master’s degree and a career in consulting at KPMG, were talking when their phones lit up with something very familiar—family members asking them for tech help. Different people, different problems, same basic situation: Can you look at this? What does this mean? What should I do? Somewhere between the food, the phones, and another round of family tech support, the question came up: Why isn’t getting good technology help as easy as texting someone you already know?

That morning conversation became Nathan AI, developed through SeaCloud Networks with a simple philosophy: sophisticated technology should make life simpler, not require people to become sophisticated technologists. Nathan and Mikey bring complementary perspectives to that mission—years of hands-on IT and entrepreneurial experience alongside consulting, business, and technology expertise. Together, they are designing Nathan AI for everyday people, families, seniors, entrepreneurs, and small businesses that may never need—or be able to justify—the expense of an entire IT department, but still need dependable help when technology inevitably gets confusing. Instead of another account to manage or another piece of software to learn, Nathan AI puts assistance somewhere nearly everyone already understands: their text messages.
