Nathan is an AI-assisted technology support and digital-safety service designed to provide convenient assistance through SMS, MMS, web-based services, and other supported communication methods.
Nathan may assist with everyday technology questions, device troubleshooting, suspicious messages, potential scams, screenshots, photographs, digital services, and related technology issues.
Nathan may use artificial intelligence to analyze information and generate responses.
Nathan is designed to be simple to use. Unless otherwise stated for a particular feature, users do not need to download an application, create an account, enter into a long-term contract, or purchase a subscription.
Users may initiate assistance simply by contacting Nathan through a supported communication method.
Certain services may require payment before assistance is provided.
Nathan uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to provide some or all responses.
AI systems can make mistakes. Nathan may provide information that is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation.
Nathan should therefore be treated as an informational technology assistant and second opinion, not as an infallible authority.
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through Nathan.
Nathan may help users evaluate suspicious texts, emails, screenshots, websites, phone calls, payment requests, pop-ups, advertisements, or other communications.
Nathan cannot guarantee that any communication, person, business, transaction, website, or activity is legitimate or fraudulent.
A determination such as “likely safe,” “likely suspicious,” or similar language represents an assessment based on the information available and should not be considered a guarantee.
Before sending money, providing sensitive information, installing software, granting remote access, or taking another consequential action, users should independently verify the situation through trusted official channels.
Nathan is not an emergency service.
Do not use Nathan as a substitute for 911, emergency services, law enforcement, financial institutions, medical professionals, attorneys, or other qualified professionals when those services are appropriate.
Nathan does not provide medical, legal, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
Nathan may provide certain services without charge and may charge for premium services or assistance.
Where payment is required, the applicable price will be disclosed before the user purchases the service.
Nathan may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process payments.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, payment provides access only to the service, session, time period, or feature described at checkout and does not create an ongoing subscription or contract.
We may change pricing or introduce new paid services in the future. Changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase.
If Nathan is unable to provide the purchased service because of a technical failure attributable to SeaCloud Networks, we may provide a refund, credit, or replacement service at our discretion and as required by applicable law.

By initiating a text conversation with Nathan or otherwise consenting to receive messages, you authorize SeaCloud Networks to send messages reasonably related to your request and use of the service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Nathan does not send unsolicited promotional text messages merely because a user previously requested technical assistance.
Reply STOP to supported Nathan messaging programs to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive marketing messages, if marketing messages are ever offered, will not be a condition of purchasing Nathan's services.
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Delivery of SMS or MMS messages is subject to carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Nathan may rely upon telecommunications providers including Twilio, Telnyx, mobile carriers, and other communications infrastructure providers.
Communications may pass through these providers as necessary to deliver the service.
Carrier outages, filtering, delays, message-size restrictions, network problems, or other circumstances outside SeaCloud Networks' control may affect service availability.
Users may submit screenshots, photographs, messages, files, or other content to receive assistance.
By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and authorize SeaCloud Networks and its service providers to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide Nathan's services.
Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information, including passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, or banking credentials.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Nathan Privacy Policy, available on the SeaCloud Networks website.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Nathan may interact with, analyze, discuss, or provide instructions concerning third-party products and services.
SeaCloud Networks is not responsible for third-party products, websites, applications, financial institutions, telecommunications carriers, manufacturers, operating systems, or other services.
References to third-party companies or products do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
You may not use Nathan to:
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, SeaCloud Networks, service providers, or others.
We aim to make Nathan conveniently available, potentially including 24-hour automated assistance, but we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.
Nathan may become unavailable because of maintenance, outages, telecommunications failures, AI-provider interruptions, internet failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
Statements such as “24/7” describe the intended availability of automated services and are not a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATHAN AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
SEACloud NETWORKS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.
We do not warrant that Nathan will identify every scam, solve every technology problem, prevent every loss, or provide error-free information.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEACLOUD NETWORKS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO NATHAN.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated information, scams, fraudulent transactions, lost data, device damage, account compromise, service interruption, or third-party conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeaCloud Networks' aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid SeaCloud Networks for that service during the preceding 12 months or $100.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Nathan is intended to help users make more informed decisions—not make consequential decisions on their behalf.
You are responsible for verifying important information and maintaining appropriate security practices, including protecting passwords, authentication codes, financial information, accounts, and devices.
Nathan will not legitimately ask you to disclose your password or one-time authentication code to receive ordinary technology assistance.
Nathan, SeaCloud Networks, associated branding, website content, software, designs, and original materials are owned by SeaCloud Networks LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of SeaCloud Networks intellectual property to users.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
We may modify Nathan, introduce new features, change pricing, discontinue features, or update these Terms as the service develops.
The Last Updated date will identify the latest version.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using Nathan at any time.
SeaCloud Networks may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, security concerns, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens Nathan, its users, or its service providers.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
These Terms, together with the Nathan Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a particular service or purchase, constitute the agreement between you and SeaCloud Networks concerning Nathan.
If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
