Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 13, 2026 Last Updated: September 13, 2026

SeaCloud Networks LLC (“SeaCloud Networks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or use Nathan, our AI-assisted technology support and digital safety service.

Nathan is designed to make technology assistance simple. Users may interact with Nathan primarily through text messaging and may also be able to submit screenshots, photographs, multimedia messages, voice communications, or other information for analysis and assistance.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Nathan or our website, we may collect:

Contact and communications information. This may include your telephone number, email address if voluntarily provided, SMS/MMS messages, support requests, and other communications you send to us.

Content you submit. This may include questions, text messages, screenshots, photographs, images, files, voice communications, or other content you voluntarily submit for technical support, scam detection, troubleshooting, or related services.

Transaction information. If you purchase a paid or premium service, we may receive information relating to the transaction, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, purchased services, and billing-related information. Payment card information may be collected and processed directly by our payment processor rather than stored by SeaCloud Networks.

Technical information. When you use our website or online services, we may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, and website activity.

Messaging information. When you communicate with Nathan by SMS or MMS, we may process your telephone number, message contents, timestamps, delivery information, opt-in or consent status, and opt-out requests as necessary to provide and operate the messaging service.

We ask users not to intentionally send passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, banking credentials, or other information that is unnecessary for receiving technical assistance.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Nathan and SeaCloud Networks services;
  • Respond to technology-support questions and requests;
  • Analyze screenshots, photographs, messages, and other submitted material;
  • Help identify potential scams, fraud, phishing attempts, suspicious communications, and other digital threats;
  • Generate AI-assisted responses and troubleshooting guidance;
  • Process payments and provide premium services;
  • Deliver and manage SMS, MMS, and other communications requested by users;
  • Maintain message consent, HELP, STOP, and opt-out records;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and misuse of our services;
  • Diagnose technical problems and improve reliability;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and carrier requirements; and
  • Protect the rights, safety, security, and property of users, SeaCloud Networks, and others.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance and improve our products where permitted by law.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Nathan uses artificial intelligence systems to help understand user questions and submitted content and to generate responses.

Information submitted to Nathan may therefore be transmitted to and processed by third-party artificial intelligence service providers, including OpenAI, when necessary to provide the requested service.

Depending on the feature being used, AI processing may involve text, screenshots, photographs, images, or other submitted content. Future Nathan features may also use AI systems to process voice or audio communications.

AI-generated information may be incomplete or incorrect. Users should not rely on Nathan as the sole source of verification for financial transactions, emergencies, legal matters, medical matters, or other high-risk decisions.

4. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate Nathan and the SeaCloud Networks website. These providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide their respective services.

Current or anticipated providers include:

OpenAI — artificial intelligence processing and generation.

Twilio — telecommunications, SMS, MMS, telephone-number, and messaging infrastructure.

Telnyx — telecommunications, SMS, MMS, voice, telephone-number, or related communications infrastructure if implemented.

Stripe — payment processing and related transaction services if implemented.

GoDaddy — domain registration, website hosting, website design, DNS, and related website infrastructure.

We may use additional infrastructure, security, analytics, hosting, communications, payment, or technology providers as Nathan develops. We require service providers to receive information only as reasonably necessary for legitimate operational purposes and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

5. SMS and Mobile Information

Nathan may provide services through SMS and MMS messaging.

Users generally initiate communication with Nathan by sending a message to a Nathan telephone number or otherwise providing appropriate consent to receive messages.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services of that campaign.

We may share personal information, including a mobile number or SMS consent status, with service providers that assist us in providing the messaging service, including telecommunications platforms, carriers, messaging providers, and other vendors involved in delivering requested messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies depending on how frequently you use Nathan and the assistance you request. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to supported Nathan messaging programs to stop receiving messages. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of SMS messaging does not prevent us from retaining records reasonably necessary to document and honor your opt-out request.

6. Payments

Nathan may offer free and paid services.

Where payment is required, users will be informed of applicable pricing before purchasing the paid service. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

SeaCloud Networks generally does not need to receive or store complete payment-card numbers when payments are processed directly by a payment provider. Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

We may retain transaction information such as the amount paid, date, transaction status, purchased service, and transaction identifier for accounting, customer service, fraud prevention, and legal purposes.

7. Screenshots, Images, and Other Submitted Content

Users may choose to send screenshots, photographs, or other content to Nathan for assistance.

Such content may inadvertently contain personal information belonging to the user or another person. Users should review submitted content when practical and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

We process submitted content for purposes such as answering the user's request, providing technical support, detecting suspicious communications, improving service reliability, preventing abuse, and maintaining security.

Submitted content may be processed by our technology providers where necessary to provide the requested service.

8. Voice Services

Nathan may offer voice-based assistance in the future.

If voice features are offered, telephone calls or audio may be transmitted through telecommunications and AI service providers as necessary to provide the service. If calls are recorded or retained, we will provide disclosures or obtain consent when required by applicable law.

9. Information Sharing

We may disclose personal information:

  • To service providers that operate technology on our behalf;
  • To telecommunications carriers and messaging providers necessary to deliver communications;
  • To payment processors necessary to complete transactions;
  • When required by law, subpoena, court order, or valid governmental request;
  • When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of our terms;
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of SeaCloud Networks, our users, or others;
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our business, subject to applicable law; or
  • When you specifically request or authorize the disclosure.

We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining transaction and messaging records, preventing fraud, honoring opt-out requests, resolving disputes, improving security, and satisfying legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to legal and operational requirements.

11. Security

SeaCloud Networks uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet, telecommunications, messaging, payment, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid transmitting highly sensitive information unless it is necessary and an appropriate secure method is available.

Nathan will never legitimately require a user to provide a password or one-time authentication code in order to receive ordinary technology assistance.

12. Scam and Fraud Assistance

Nathan may analyze communications or other submitted information to help identify characteristics associated with scams, phishing, impersonation, fraud, or other suspicious activity.

These assessments are informational and cannot guarantee that a communication, person, website, transaction, or activity is legitimate or fraudulent.

Users should independently verify high-risk matters through trusted official channels before sending money, disclosing sensitive information, granting remote access, or taking other consequential actions.

13. Children's Privacy

Nathan is not directed to children under 13, and SeaCloud Networks does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without authorization required by applicable law.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected in circumstances requiring parental consent and such consent was not obtained, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

14. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law, which may include rights to request information regarding personal information collected about them, request deletion or correction of certain personal information, and receive information concerning how personal information is used or disclosed.

Certain California privacy laws apply only to businesses meeting specified statutory requirements. SeaCloud Networks will honor privacy rights applicable to it and may voluntarily honor reasonable privacy requests even when a particular statutory requirement does not apply.

SeaCloud Networks does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable California privacy law.

15. Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website hosting platform and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for website functionality, security, performance, fraud prevention, or analytics.

If we later implement advertising, behavioral analytics, or other tracking technologies that require additional disclosures or consent, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate controls where required.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites or services.

SeaCloud Networks does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties. When you leave our website or independently interact with another service, that provider's own terms and privacy policy may apply.

17. International Processing

Some service providers may process information in locations outside the state or country in which a user resides. By using Nathan, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law and contractual protections.

18. Your Choices

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may:

  • Stop SMS communications by replying STOP;
  • Request messaging assistance by replying HELP;
  • Decline to submit screenshots, photographs, or other optional content;
  • Choose not to purchase premium services;
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information where applicable; and
  • Contact us with privacy questions or concerns.

We may need to verify a request before providing access to or deleting personal information.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Nathan and the technologies supporting it will continue to develop. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology providers, legal requirements, or business practices.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through additional means when required by law.
